Transformation & Complex Change Management

Since starting in tech professionally in 1993, every position has involved a large degree of change or transformation to whoever I’m working with, sometimes painfully for those involved.  As a result, complex change is a normal part of life for me.  I’ve learned a great deal about aligning the ultimate objective of the change with proper change management for those involved, especially in getting people involved and working towards the same goal.

My approach is to use data and research to propose transformations and win support with stakeholders of all kinds based on their motivations, whilst ensuring that positive change occurs by having a strong vision, appropriate leadership, resources, skills, incentives and measurable actions; thus avoiding confusion, anxiety, resistance, frustration and slow progress or false starts.
